överlåtelsebrev, dokument som innehåller laglig överlåtelse. " gaff biörn stalssuen. .. oleff andersson. .. sit fulla stadfesta breff pa thet huss ok tompt nest nordan hans egit huss liggir" SJ 2: 136 (1489). Rydberg Tr 3: 423 (1493, avskr.).

Orthography: Early Old Swedish used different letters for ä and ö, so stadhfästebref may have also been written as stadhfæstebref
