utseende, utkorande. " haffue the gode herra, capitulum i scara, nämpd oc wtwald. .. jens jonsson. .. tiil dechenedömet i gen. thy bider jac. .. eder herredöme wilye presentera honum ther tiil oc werdens aname for:ne wall oc wtnempning i then akt, som hon gyord är" BSH 5: 40 (1505).

Orthography: Early Old Swedish used different letters for ä and ö, so utnämning may have also been written as utnæmning
