böter hvilka vid afslutande af (köp el.) byte bestämdes skola erläggas af den som bröte öfverenskommelsen. Jfr Amira, Altschwed. Obligationrecht s. 690. nos. .. abbas cum conuentu, ex vna parte et. .. germundus ex Altera regocnoscimus nos predictam commutationem apposicipone pene sedeim marcharum denar. wlgariter dicte wiþerlæghe, quas quidem XVI marchas cum omnibus Alijs receptis infrigere quod absit finAliter volens adurse parti soluere debet racione qua supra confirmasse SD 2: 503 (1307). quod. .. concambium per consensum et acclamacionem dictarum parcium, legum omni plenitudine in communi placito ekesio, data fide, apposoicione pene wlgariter dicta widherlæghe viginti marcarum denariorum exitiit roboratum ib 4: 217 (1331).
